Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

Sidecut is a Canadian business using both the Canadian postal service and FedEx to deliver orders. We pride ourselves on packaging customer orders very fast, however please allow 24 hours to process orders in busy periods and between May 1st-August 30th.

USA: International First - Next Day, Ground - 2-7 business days.
International: International First - Next Day, International Economy - 2-5 business days.

Return Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange.
