You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

SIDECUT is a Canadian business shipping orders through Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. We pride ourselves on processing and shipping orders quickly and aim to have all orders shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders received before 8:00 a.m. PST are typically processed the same business day.
During particularly busy periods (December, January, and February), as well as our slower operating season (April 1–September 30), please allow up to 72 hours for order processing.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping service selected and destination.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange.
