A Roto Brush System is an extremely efficient and professional method for base preparation, base cleaning, wax removal, polishing, and finishing. The result is superior gliding characteristics for your skis or snowboard. All roto brushes in this kit are 150mm in length.

2. Brass roto brush – Typically used as your first brush before waxing for optimal base cleaning, renewal, and revitalization. Also commonly used as your first brush after waxing to re-open the base structure. Essential for extracting micro-hairs left behind after machine grinding, which cause drag and reduce glide.
3. Nylon roto brush – Typically the final brush used for wax removal and base polishing. Recommended exclusively by Nanox Wax as the finishing step when using Nanox Training, CFX, Spray, and Supernano waxes.
4. Horse-hair roto brush – Generally used as the first brush for wax removal. Also recommended after brass or soft steel brushing to further extract micro-fibres and base hairs. Removing these hairs is critical to reducing friction and optimizing glide.
